Sugar Beach Resort is a budget-priced Maui condo with some oceanfront accommodation. It has 5 miles of pristine beach that’s perfect for swimming, walking and just lazing around.
On-site amenities include tennis courts, heated oceanfront swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, putting green, BBQs, shops and an activity desk. This is not located in the resort area so it is very private and quiet.
Good deal, budget – mid priced rates
Mana Kauai Maui , Kihei
1-2 bedroom condos with fully equipped kitchen and private lanais on its own beach are the Mana Kauai Maui’s positive points. It is located right on the beach which is also excellent for those who love to snorkel.
You can also choose to stay in one of its hotel rooms ( cheaper but not really recommended ). Very near to Wailea.

Resortquest At The Maui Banyan's condominiums are centrally located in Kihei and have 1-2-3 bedroom suites. The property is ocean front but condo units are not.
They have either ocean or garden view. About a 2 minute walk from your condo unit to the beach
